Pros: Napping without being bothered. Cons: Accessibility for the deaf/hard of hearing passengers. For example, not able to hear the announcement.

The Penn Station Lounge is very comfortable. The bathrooms very clean and tidy

Pros: I like our driver, Gina (I think so?) she is superb. Cons: maybe try to improve the washroom a bit? But I fully understand it is hard for one driver to take care of everything. I hope the company can do something.

Pros: It was right on time! Cons: Departure from Boston took a few minutes to unblock boarding platform!

Pros: Really like the spacious and comfy of the chair. Cons: One of the restroom smelled pretty bad. It could be cleaner.

Great trip, as a visitor I would have liked a bit more communication or staff in place. As an international traveler I struggled to lift my case on to the overseat rack- in fairness I am a 65 year old woman travelling with a 5 year old.

Good trip

Pros: The train was very convenient. The morning train in was on time. The night trip back was very late and the communication from staff was minimal at best. Cons: Being communicative when the train is not on time. Tips: Make sure you come prepared to wait.

Pros: It was Managed well. Cons: We had to wait because of single tracking for a short while. Tips: I recommend Amtrak.
