Finally getting there.
Communication down on the platform. Where's the train? When is it coming? What train is this now? Train was sold out. Every seat taken. Crowded on the platform.
If you're going short haul (Boston to Providence), Acela's not really worth it. We were 30 mins late on a 29 min scheduled trip.

Easy and accessible train station locations.
The train trip from South Station to Providence was on time. My return trip was delayed by 10 minutes. So any help towards on-timeness would be greatly appreciated.
