Pros: The spacious seats on Megabus make you feel like you are sitting in coach. Cons: Some of the employees are somewhat impish and rude, but that is, for the most part, not the case. Tips: Do not take the front seat up top. That is for me.

Pros: I purchased the OurBus service and I have to say I was most impacted by the friendliness and desire to help of the bus drivers. The quality of service and hospitality given was excellent!! Cons: The app was helpful and did everything great! Tips: Use Wanderu it’s an excellent resource to have!!

Pros: It was smooth and quiet. Got there 20 minutes earlier. Also the ticket was a great bargain considering I got it an hour before departure. Cons: N/A. Tips: Just get your ticket for here. If you’re travelling from Philly, check the travel details. It contains the updated address for the bus station.

Pros: I loved the convenience and how cheap it was to travel across the state. I used to ride my university bus from campus to campus and it felt just like that. Very easy and we got there pretty fast! Also the staff were always friendly and helped if we had any questions. Cons: Maybe just the bathroom situation. Have like an air freshener or something so if people use it, it doesn’t stink up the bus. Tips: Perfect and affordable way to travel in between states! Pack some snacks and drinks but nothing that’ll be messy! Other than that it’s a pretty straightforward ride, and you can nap too.

Pros: I appreciated how everyone was relaxed despite the delay of the trip. Cons: It can be improved if the bus took a different route Rather than the route they took via jersey city. Tips: travel lightly.

Pros: The price was cheap and the bus was on time. USB ports (no USB-C), I did not use them so I don’t know if they were working but I seen them. There was a toilet, I didn't use it but other passengers did, so it seemed to be working. Cons: Even though you have a digital ticket you must first enter the shop to check-in at the counter and they give you a piece of paper to hand over on the bus. The person collecting the paper shouted at many customers, sometimes not in English, many customers seemed confused, a customer confronted the ticket collector and asked her to stop shouting at people. Many of the seats are damaged, they permanently lie back. During the journey there was an issue with a drunk customer, a ‘good’ customer confronted him and asked him to control his behaviour, when he did not, the ‘good’ customer asked the bus driver to stop and threw the drunk customer off the bus. Thankfully after that everything went smooth. Tips: I give 4 stars because the price is cheap and the trip was on time (this is what I needed) but it’s not clean.
