Pros: Doug was amazing and very informative, easily the best driver I’ve ever had. We got to Syracuse early (never happened on any bus or train I’ve ever taken from NYC) and it was an overall great experience. Cons: A+ no complaints.

Pros: I liked the availability and convenience. I was screwed over by Delta and had to find travel to NYC, literally, within 4 hours. Very simple to order tickets. This is my second time w wanderu, as I do not travel much. I haven't been disappointed. Cons: Nothing much within reason understanding the cost of upgrades, however, I tried to plug in my USB for my phone and it fell out. Tips: Order in advance. It's almost half the cost. Again, my circumstances sucked and I'm very grateful and thankful I was able to get 2 tickets on short notice. As far as working WiFi, one out of 2 buses had it.
