Pros: The bus was really nice and had a stop at Kwik Trip. Cons: It wasn't on time. Tips: Look at the Jefferson app to see travel times.

Pros: It feels good to use mass transit for these kinds of weekend visits. Tips: Arrive at least 15 min. ahead of time, and be prepared for buses to leave 10-15 min. after the designated time. Drivers usually make up time during transit.

Cons: The bus driver let us know that the outlets were all broken, and the wifi on board was also not working. Tips: Bring a portable charger for electronics!

Pros: I just love the simplicity of Wanderu it simply shows me the applicable Jefferson lines rides available in the easiest interface ever. I simply get on a comfy bus at the set spot at the set time and relax til I’m home. Way better than driving! Cons: Sometimes Jefferson busses stop at stops that no one gets on or off at. On busses of less than like 30 people I would think these stops could be avoided entirely… Tips: It’s all so great that few tips are really needed in my opinion!

Pros: We stop to use the restroom for thee over size people who can't fix in the bathroom. Cons: Bring the rides back to affordable pay. Because I stuck in mpls because it high price. Tips: Be able to watch movies if you can. And have a place to charger your phone.

Pros: We were promised Wi-Fi, but the bus did not have any. Also no charging ports. Cons: The seats are worn out both uncomfortable and narrow.

Pros: Quick and easy. Cons: When I bought the ticket it said drop off was at the Mayo Clinic. When I arrived drop off was at a gas station a few blocks away. Hoping I can find it when I leave . Tips: Don’t trust where they say you will be dropped off or picked up.

Pros: All in all these busses make taking a whole car between cities sound like a major inconvenience: the bus was just as fast, cheaper, safer, and more comfortable. Plus you can nap or work on something!! Cons: Please make accommodations for bikes. External racks would not be hard to install. Asking people to disassemble and pack in a box is absurd. Tips: Not that I can think of.

U of M drop off is just by the street, no station. Lots of college kids around, felt safe

Pros: Overall everything was OK. Cons: I wish the information regarding what can and can’t be brought on the bus was abundantly clearer. My first bus driver said as long as containers aren’t open alcohol was fine. Under this impression I bought some expensive craft beer as a gift for friends and was told I couldn’t have it in the second bus, so I had to throw it away. I understand rules are rules and I’m not looking for a refund but I would have greatly appreciated a clear explanation.

Pros: The nice driver and the low bus ticket price. Cons: more direct route? Tips: make sure you have enough water and a snack.
