Pros: The view was nice. Cons: The staff interactions, they were very rude and unprofessional. Tips: Bring a pillow and/or blanket because the seats are very uncomfortable.

Pros: Safe, fun, relxing, has a bathroom available, beautiful scenery. Cons: The stairs not so steep. Tips: Get there early, watch the signs for departure and arrival.

Pros: Laid back, quiet , comfortable and great scenery. Cons: A little more info to the guest on how things work like ordering food. Tips: Stairs are steep and narrow it’s best to travel lightly.

Pros: Great! Cons: On time, but things happen. Tips: Reserve as soon as can!

Pros: Overall is good and nice trip. but the lady in crew was very uptight. Cons: More cleaning , helpful crew , wifi. Tips: Take Wifi or hotspot.

Pros: The train was over three hours late. And, lunch was not available! Because of the tardiness of the train, our whole day was shot in Seattle. We did not arrive to Seattle until 2:30! Cons: I don’t know what would cause the train to be over three hours late but whatever it was should be improved.

Pros: Beautiful scenery! Cons: Let customer do tips. At dinner I thought I was giving a tip of 18 % but was charged $18. That was 40% tip. Senior citizen and that was expensive. At breakfast on way home I was allowed to do my own tip.

Pros: The team members always show good attitude, nice atmosphere and good vibes from them. Good job. Tips: Show up on time.

Cons: You could make sure you have a bathroom available at the Iccicle station in Leavenworth WA. In peak travel seasons, the shuttles can take awhile to pick up and drop customers off at their hotel. Tips: When traveling through the mountains or densely wooded areas, the wi-fi disappears. No big deal, but just fyi. Also, the snack bar menu is fairly limited and a teeny bit over-priced.

Pros: I enjoyed how the staff seated people in dining car together. Polite and friendly passengers. Employees showed very good customer service. Cons: Update the bathrooms. Equipment is showing it's age. Tips: Enjoy the features of the cars. There are dining rooms, a small c store, observation and sleep rooms. Weather It is a short or long trip, you can feel comfortable and pampered.

Pros: I had a great trip experience. Cons: Nothing. Tips: You won’t regret riding Amtrak train.
