I was on the trip when historic flooding started happening so our train very unexpectedly had to return to Leavenworth and a 2 hour trip turned into 8 hours. No fault of anyone’s. The staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly and happy and helpful! Made the trip super memorable.

Pros: Great way to travel in winter to ignore stormy conditions. Relaxing, and very quiet way to enjoy the scenery. Cons: wifi please. Tips: Support the train system -- you will be glad you did. It is quiet and relaxing. We have used trains in many other countries and it was always a value added part of our trip. The United States needs to get serious about a more robust train system it helps all of us.
