(Based on 204 ratings and reviews)

February 22, 2024- Solo travel

Wanda Coach

Pros: Got to and from safe. Cons: The timing and communication. The vus going to NYC from Albany was over 40 min late. We wouldn't have known anything if almost everyone waiting didn't call the bus company multiple times to know what was happening. An email would have eliminated all that. Also with nowhere to wait inside, that's not good when the temperature was so low. Tips: Be on time and if you can get a ride so they can let you sit in the car when the weather is bad. Bring things to snack on.

February 19, 2024- Visiting friends

PandaNY Bus

Cons: The windows were rattling a lot, especially the emergency window. Almost shaking out of the frames. Felt unsafe. Also, someone was smoking on the bus and no one enforced the no smoking policy. Was disruptive for me especially while I had a sinus infection, even though I was masked. Not a fan of smelling like cigarettes and being a lifetime non smoker. Gross. Tips: Where a mask.

February 19, 2024- Regular commuter

Wanda Coach

Pros: Nothing much, it was very cramped and seating was bad. Cons: Their system for assigning seats and making sure people have enough space and not crammed up on each other. Tips: Head to bus early and hope for open seats.

February 17, 2024- Visiting family

Wanda Coach

Cons: They can improved people stop smoking 🚬 and the bus. Tips: People need to stop smoking on the bus it's health for others.
