Pros
arrived a few minutes early
Cons
I purchased a ticket from Wanderu that was supposed to drop off at SUNY Albany - Collins Circle. The driver said he would only drop off at the Renssalear Rail Station. He did not drop me off at the ticket destination - I had to find a ride from Renssalear.
Tips
Do not expect to be dropped off in the correct location.

Pros
It was quick and very safe driving.
Cons
Very large passengers should purchase 2 seats and not sit on the other passengers
Tips
This bus is always packed. Get on the boarding line early if you want your choice of seats. I've taken this trip with Adirondack pool many times and this was the only time I got sat on and the trip was quick so I feel it was a good deal.

Pros
I liked that it was almost a direct trip to Albany.
Cons
The outlets on the bus did not work, there was a confusion with boarding, so we left about 20 minutes late, my seat did not recline at all, and the driver did not know how to get to the Greyhound station in Albany from the highway. So those things could be worked on.
Tips
Arrive 15 minutes early to make sure you are put on the correct bus.
