Pros: I liked how it was affordable and I wasn’t lugging around my luggage. Cons: The ticket could include the gate number and people being more verbal about it. When I tried to board people were telling me it was to Boston and not Hartford and I asked the person myself and he said it stops to Hartford then Boston so everyone else was confusing me. Tips: Make sure to get there before you depart and be prepared to sit next to someone if that’s the case.
