Pros: Bus operator spoke little English however his driving was excellent. Not only did he arrive on time but he was very calculating with his speed on the roads. Cons: Did not see outlets for charging electronic devices on the bus ; though I didn’t ask questions ,lol! Tips: It was my first time using Flixbus however I’d not hesitate to recommend it for a friend and family to experience the ride on flixbus.

Driver was 30min late, then wouldn't let us on the bus in the pouring rain. Had to wait another 30min in the rain for her to go eat then come back. Very rude driver

Air conditioning was on. (November). It was cold. I had to get my coat from my bag which helped, but having cold air blowing on your head for hours is not fun.

Pros: This trip was the worst experience for me!! Cons: The drivers mu be more prepared and trained on their responsibility to provide the proper service to the customers. There was no charging space available at all for the 4 hour travel. Tips: There was no charging space available at all for the 4 hour travel. Be prepared, not always but in several cases it's possible.
