Pros: Prompt departure and arrival! Clean bus! Easy access from the Denver airport to Union Station! And mostly the DRIVER!! Terry was careful and friendly and helpful as Steve was my last Bustang trip. It was like I had a family member pick me up from a long trip and took me home. I love the Bustang. Cons: Directions to the gate as you enter the bus area would help. Also, the info about bus arrivals could be clearer. (Greyhound vs. Bustang) 1st-timers are confused by the "Colorado Springs" destination/2 pm departure sign. "Southbound/ 1:50" would be more accurate. Tips: The drivers REALLY appreciate (and deserve) a tip. Also, don't count on a toilet on the bus- They do stop at a rest stop in Fairplay.

Pros: The driver was very nice. Cons: The bathroom AND air conditioning was broke down! That was bad for me! I drink a lot when I travel and have hot flashes. That made the trip not good. Driver explained his efforts to fix and sounded like it wasn’t on his end. They should of sent us another functioning bus or something. Tips: Dress with layers in case the bus air conditioning breaks down.

Pros: All of the passengers were very respectful, and I was able to get all my work done for my job. I enjoyed how music was played at the end of the trip because it signaled that we were almost there. Cons: The travel time was very long and I had wished we didn’t pick up other passengers on the way there. Tips: Be as respectful as possible toward one another.

Pros: Can the driver was excellent. Kept us informed, helpful and allowed us on an earlier trip. Great service! Cons: People not late. Tips: Stick to what driver says.

Pros: The bus drive was very nice and was a good driver. We got to our location safely. Cons: I know that this is not in your control, but customs could be stream lined much better so that so much time is not lost. Tips: Nothing to offer.

Pros: The bus driver Qwade was great as he told us a little bit about the surrounding area we were travelling through and how to navigate Union Station. I would want him for a driver anytime. Cons: Everything was perfect. Tips: Try to get Qwade for your driver and sit in the front seat.

Pros: Very friendly bus driver! Cons: The bus ride was 5 star, no question. Trying to find the right bus was dang near impossible. Poorly marked signage (very little signage). My daughter ran all over Union Station trying to find out which bus went to Salida. While we ultimately found the right one, it was a ridiculous and time consuming. And very few seats available while waiting. My gripe is with Union Station, not the actual bus ride. Tips: Arrive very early if you’re not familiar with Union Station.

No clear indication on where the bus stop is at the union station in Chicago. Maybe add a sign “Amtrak transit buses” or something along the lines?
