Pros: Easy, quiet. Cons: 1. Bus needed electrical outlet, USB, WiFi 2. Union Station DC signage was not clear 3. Bus stop in Richmond was barely a parking lot.

Cons: Need for better signage of bus and destination. There were NONE! The passangers were walking around confused, asking all bus drivers, going back and forth from the Grey Hound Office. Tips: Best travel time is departure around 12:30-1:30. Traffic is relatively easy, and the bus ride to Richmond VA was less than 2 hour.

Pros: The bus arrived at the scheduled time and it was a very relaxing ride. Cons: The service was excellent in my opinion. Tips: Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

Pros: It was smooth and quick. The bus arrived on time and WiFi was also really good. Cons: I think pets should be allowed if they are in a carrier. Some people want to bring their dogs along for the holidays. Tips: Be on time.
