Pros: Easy boarding with the QR code. Easy bag loading. Smooth ride. Left close to time and arrived on time. Cons: The driver was hard to understand when announcing stops. Tips: The departure was across the street from the Richmond Main Street station in the parking lot. It may have been because of the time. I left at 12:40am. Bring headphones because some travelers can get loud. There was a guy talking very loudly on the phone for hours.
