Rider Express

Pros: The journey back home to Edmonton was quick, and the bus drivers were very nice and helpful. Cons: The wifi the ride to Calgary was not working at all…more spacious seats would be awesome I felt too claustrophobic because the seats were super cramped together there wasn’t any leg room at all… also better air quality maybe start adding incense the bus stinks like the smelly passengers the whole time, this should definitely be considered. Tips: Take a shower, wear clean clothes, put on a good smelling body spray or perfume and deodorant…don’t take the bus if you stink. It’s not fair for everyone else around you to have to deal with a bad pungent smell the whole bus ride.

Ebus

Pros: Pleasant driver. Clean bus. Comfortable seats and no unnecessary bumps. Good arrival location in Calgary for me to be picked up. Compared to Red Arrow from Calgary the week before, the E-bus was a far greater experience all way around. Cons: Nothing. Tips: Check out the condition of the buses and choose the more comfortable. Red Arrow has a lot of work to do to earn back its reputation.
