Cons: Extra charges on the card for payment to overseas account. It should be borne in my the company not passengers. Tips: Please check the direction of the Bus. Had an unfortunate incident where a lady who was bound for Calgary boarded the Edmonton bus.

Cons: The driver was a really bad driver. Always pushing the break and then the gas and the break. This was a really shaky ride. I was nauseous the whole time, even on the highway as he was pushing the breaks for no reason. There was definitely something wrong with the bus suspension as it was shaking a lot. The driver did not respect the 5 minutes break time in Red Deer and forgot a passenger. Tips: Make sure you don’t get out of the bus during break because they won’t wait for you even if we are still suppose to be in break time.

Pros: Nice clean, comfortable seats. Safe driving. Cons: The wifi was very weak and kept breaking. Tips: The lady sitting in the opposite Isle was very loud.

Pros: Safety bus. Cool and nice to have washroom in. Cons: Hope to tell your drivers to be more smart , professional because the driver tell me to take other bus When I use to be in he’s bus. Also the bus was too cold from Calgary to Edmonton. Tips: Nope.

Pros: Great drivers, able to take in the scenery, surroundings and yes I will be doing this again. Different than what we use to have here for long trips (Greyhound) Stations, like these stops better. Tim's, Malls, ... . Cons: like the Canada Bus, heard about others and glad I was on board the Canada Bus, lead the way you are doing excellent. On the way to Edmonton wifi was working, on the way back no wifi, I answered yes. Tips: Travel with Canada Bus, they do not leave you behind, stranded, forgotten about.

Pros: It was my first bus trip in Alberta. We started from Calgary cross iron Mall gate number 2. The stuff was courteous and professional. The bus stopped at Red deer near Tims. One more stop at Edmonton international airport and we made to our destination at Southgate LRT station. Would recommend it to others as well. Cons: When we ask the bus stop if the bus would stop at Edmonton international airport he was not able to explain it clearly. Had I known the fact I would have called my wife to pick me up at airport and save 30 minutes. Tips: Please board and the board at the place closest to your destination.
