Pros: It got me to and from. Cons: No communication with driver. Wasn’t sure if we were stopping to take a bathroom break or not. Bus was cramped. Driver was late and with road conditions he decided to go 130-135 down the highway which was completely unsafe. I understand the schedule they have to stick to but it was so unsafe when the roads were very icy. Wifi was also very unreliable. Tips: Be prepared for a long trip.
