Cons: Amtrak bus stop in Palm Springs is shared with local Sunline bus line and the seat has been removed. Tips: Don’t expect a seat at the Palm Springs Amtrak bus stop.

Pros: The ride down to NYC from Springfield was nice and roomy. The ride back around rush hour was pretty busy. Cons: Turn off the cabin lights before 6am. Tips: Take a blanket if you get cold. Understand the rules in the quiet car. Be kind to the staff!
