Pros: The peacefulness of the ride. The efficiency of the border control. The train staff. The train experience. Cons: More information on when to arrive and what to expect when we arrive. An app maybe to indicate the train status if it is late and which gate we should enter. I was a novice user of the system and more easily accessible information on the procedures would be helpful. I almost missed my departure train as I did not know how long in advance I should arrive. Wifi was good on the return but mostly absent on the way to Seattle.
