Pros: It was great. New to Canada and train trips and it’s so nice to be able to “kick back and watch a movie”. It allowed me to be able to hop off the train ready to go!! Cons: Price was very expensive. I want to use VIA more but I can’t at that price. Tips: Try it!! Improve your train of thought!!

Pros: It was my first time on the train,the ride was long the seats for me were not that comfortable because I have a displaced hip. Cons: Not sure how you could improve the seats but maybe a small cushion.

The ride was so smooth, it lulled me to sleep. Very enjoyable ride.

Pros: Comfortable, arrived according to schedule. Cons: As a senior I needed help getting on the train with my baggage. The attendant didn’t assist me and when asked he told me to do it myself.

Pros: The staff was so friendly and helpful. Cons: We were at the back or maybe it was the front of the train car because we were not facing the same way as the train was traveling and our window was not very good for viewing the scenery. I would have liked a better window. Tips: I like to face the direction of travel and if you do to maybe try to get a seat that faces that way. The very nice man in charge of our car was not able to let us move seats but he offered a phone number to call to see if they could reassign us forward facing seats. That seemed like too much hassle so we just stayed put but if you know this at the time of your reservation perhaps you could get a seat assignment that has a better window and faces forward.

Pros: The environment was quiet and comfortable. Cons: Nothing. Tips: Just enjoy and relax.

Pros: Friendly staff and beautiful country view. Cons: It was a bumping ride. Tips: Taka a train in stead off any other transportation.

Pros: It was good. Cons: I really liked the new trains. If you could change them all! Lol. Tips: Read your schedule carefully.

Pros: Staff were great. Cons: Seats were a bit dirty, and internet is really slow and unreliable, spotty.

Pros: Clean, on time, staff friendly and accomodating,. Cons: Newer trains foe improved look and comfort. Tips: Come on time, check baggage allowance, may bring snacks and drinks on board.
