Pros: Once I got the right seat every thing was fine. Cons: As travelling in from Ireland I didn't receive a change notice of seat otherwise every thing perfect staff very helpful. Tips: Just be patient and staff will help you.

Pros: The price was half of what VIA Rail charges for the same train ticket. Cons: Lounge style chairs could be provided for passengers' comfort. Tips: Bring snacks for your trip.

Pros: The trip was super easy and comfortable, I was able to go and visit my mom while getting some school work done along the way! Cons: The wifi was a bit weak and would often cut out as I was doing my work, but that’s to be expected riding in rural areas so i don’t think much could be done either way! Tips: Bring snacks if you’re picky! The food on the train is good but i found i wanted a little more selection.
