Left on time. No delays. No overbooking and crowding. Worry free luggage handling. And got to destination early.

Working charging outlets in seats. Not every bus has them. Being dropped of at a proper station ratger than the side of a nyc street would be ideal. But its closer to penn station then port authority so cant really complain to much lol
