Pros: The drivers on both trips (roundtrip) were very friendly and helpful. The seats were spacious and had functional power usb ports. Cons: Working wifi.

Pros: The driver drives safely and the prices are very affordable. Cons: The driver made a sudden stop at the gas station which lasted 20-25 mins and we didn't know why we were waiting for so long. It would be best to at least have communication as to why we are making a stop. So that delayed us to get in NYC in time. The website says there will be wifi which was not. This was pretty disappointing. Other than that, I would travel with you again! Tips: The journey can feel long but travel comfortably and come a little earlier if you like Window seats :). Safe trip.

Pros: That we got from Boston to NY safely in the heavy downpour. Cons: Toilet paper and hand sanitizer in bathroom (there was none), seatbelts, a cleaner and less itchy seat, a bus driver who doesn’t make passengers wait outside the bus with the door closed while he’s sitting in the driver’s seat doing nothing until the bus is supposed to leave, a less rude and snarky driver and a driver who gets off the bus and opens the bins where our bags are stored under the bus rather than stay in his seat and watch passengers/clients struggle with it in the pouring rain. He was one of the worst bus drivers I’ve encountered.

Pros: On time and efficient. Cons: I was satisfied.

Punctuality, cleaner restroom, power outlets not overhead, clear notice of bus stop for breaks

Pros: I was comfortable and the drivers made sure everyone was ok and getting off at their right spots. Cons: I think the way it was handled is very good. but I think if the bus is more than 30 minutes late we can be notified of that instead of waiting outside. Tips: Track your train or bus the night before so you can get there at a reasonable time.

Pros: Tbh only one thing that we reached on time. Cons: A lot can improve for starters you can add wifi which is a basic necessity now and washrooms should be clean, this time it was very dirty and it had no tissue rolls. There’s was no complimentary water given. Tips: None.

Pros: Bus was on time. Cons: All is well.

Very bad customer service from the driver?

Pros: Our Driver on our way back on 9 PM bus from NY to Washington DC on June 8th trip, was very well trained. He made sure all passengers were boarded at each stops and also made sure each passengers left bus at their destination. I also noticed when there was big accident and he noticed and stopped in side, Changed his GPS for different route and tried best to safe time. Over all I was very impressed with driver on that trip. Cons: More often buses would be good and Restroom at stops were extremely dirty .

Pros: Nothing the bus driver was 2 hours late she arrived at 6:15-6:20am she had a broken leg while driving she couldn’t help ppl put luggage on the bus had to check stuff from her seat very unprofessional. Cons: Everything it was crazy insane very unsafe driving with a broken leg.
