Bus was clean and the journey was fairly smooth.
The power outlets on the bus didn’t work, and we arrived in Boston about 45 minutes late.

The best thing was the seats. They were cushioned and supportive and made travel so comfortable in this age of squeezed in airplane seating. Other buses are adequate, but these stood out. The bus also arrived early.
Organizing the boarding. Everyone was crowding to try to get on. Some bus lines give out numbered tickets for boarding to avoid this.
No, but for the next question I did not try the WiFi.
