Pros: The drivers on both trips (roundtrip) were very friendly and helpful. The seats were spacious and had functional power usb ports. Cons: Working wifi.

Pros: The driver was very cautious. The trip started about 5 minutes late probably waiting for late commuters. I was impressed with the stopover at some place after about two and half hours journey, it gave us time to stretch out and refresh ourselves. Kudos to the driver for a comfortable trip. Cons: The air conditioner should have been increased a little more. Tips: None.

Pros: Bus driver got us there earlier than the scheduled time. Cons: Bus seats and overall appearance could be cleaner. Tips: None.

Pros: Departed and arrived on time. Cons: Some seats did not recline.

We were waiting in the rain for almost two hours with no notification until 10 minutes before the bus arrived. It was truly inconvenient and not customer service friendly . We attempted to call numerous amount of times but it would cut off at 6 minutes

Pros: That I got to my destination safe. Cons: Purchasing assigned seats. I didn’t like that I purchased 3 tickets and couldn’t sit with my kids. Also being considerate to all passengers when it comes to the Air conditioner. Was 3 hours in a hot bus with a packed bus in 90 degree weather outside. Not safe at all!! Tips: Beware of bus conditions.

Pros: Driver was courteous and departed on time. Cons: The bus was extremely dirty and visible seeing roaches crawling. My family had to move seats. Tips: Please bring cleaning wipes and insect spray.

Pros: The driver drives safely and the prices are very affordable. Cons: The driver made a sudden stop at the gas station which lasted 20-25 mins and we didn't know why we were waiting for so long. It would be best to at least have communication as to why we are making a stop. So that delayed us to get in NYC in time. The website says there will be wifi which was not. This was pretty disappointing. Other than that, I would travel with you again! Tips: The journey can feel long but travel comfortably and come a little earlier if you like Window seats :). Safe trip.

Pros: I was comfortable and the drivers made sure everyone was ok and getting off at their right spots. Cons: I think the way it was handled is very good. but I think if the bus is more than 30 minutes late we can be notified of that instead of waiting outside. Tips: Track your train or bus the night before so you can get there at a reasonable time.

Pros: It was a good trip! I didnt know where the bus location was, nor do the locals, but it is as you say by the Hibachi Restaurant. Maybe a pole and sign can be put up for the bus stop? Wifi could work. Driver never drove the route and I assisted him in NOT making a major turn. He is great, a good driver. Was my pleasure. Another guy also helped him. It was a good trip. Wish it was a few dollars less, but it was the best deal out here and I enjoyed it :). Cons: A Street Pole With Bus Sign. Tips: Don't expect Wifi, even though it says it. I slept so no big deal. Happy to rest up.

Pros: I never have problems when I travel on coach Run. Never over packed an Seat are Comfortable.. Cons: Nothing. Tips: Best time to ride is Early Morning..

Pros: getting off the bus, and the pit stop for food. Cons: Be on time, bus was over an hour late. And arrived 2 1/2 hrs after set time. Tips: Expect delays, rude customers, and late arrivals. You literally pay the low price for this.
