Pros: It was my first time travelling via bus for long distance and it was excellent. Cons: Everything is going well. Tips: Excellent experience.

The Driver made me pay $110 extra for my luggages. Yes i had some extra. At the same time there was enought space in the luggage compartment. I stored my luggage my self as the driver wont touch them. I am seasonal worker simply going home. The driver threaten not to take me on board asking me what my options were. I felt embarassed. It is unfair i had to pay that much extra when it does not disturb any other passenger and even the driver. Very disapointed.

Pros: Very relaxing staff was great. Cons: Discounts on fares on certain days or frequent travelers discounts, senior discounts. Tips: Take the bus it is so relaxing.

Pros: Quick and reliable. Cons: More times available to and from for travel. Wifi did not work great at all. Tips: None.

Pros: I have been travelling red arrow for years always enjoyed my trip. Cons: Nothing hope it stay the same. Tips: Recommend red arrow to lots of people over the years.

Pros: The journey back home to Edmonton was quick, and the bus drivers were very nice and helpful. Cons: The wifi the ride to Calgary was not working at all…more spacious seats would be awesome I felt too claustrophobic because the seats were super cramped together there wasn’t any leg room at all… also better air quality maybe start adding incense the bus stinks like the smelly passengers the whole time, this should definitely be considered. Tips: Take a shower, wear clean clothes, put on a good smelling body spray or perfume and deodorant…don’t take the bus if you stink. It’s not fair for everyone else around you to have to deal with a bad pungent smell the whole bus ride.

Pros: Feeling like you're part of a big family. Cons: The driver explained everything nicely.

driver was rude and didnt wait for me to gather my things at my stop. then he left early and i wasnt able to get off at my stop

Pros: Staff were friendly. Bus was very comfortable. Cons: They were two hours delayed. Luckily my appointment was not till in the evening.

Pros: Nothing. Cons: You can’t charge your device because of no electricity, the driver never stops to use washrooms or to eat something.
