Pros
Not having to worry about traffic as was raining
Cons
Seats quite narrow. Waiting for bus in rain with nit even a rent over us was not cool. Being dumped at a curb near bus station at night with no cover - not cool.

Pros
I felt safe, comfortable. Loved that there was only one stop - in Kamloops. Driver was courteous and helpful.
Cons
The boarding situation was a bit hectic: no signage. Had to ask many people in the Vancouver via-rail station where exactly to catch the bus. If it had been raining would have been uncomfortable. But overall? Sunny morning, great driver, fairly comfortable seats - all w...More
Tips
Very little wifi service on Coquihalla. I did expect that however. It was nice to see that there were outlets in every seating area to charge your phone.

I did not have to drive. But we were in a snow storm which was a little scary. Our bus driver was very cautious as other drivers. Trucks, and buses passes us. There was one semi in the ditch!!! That's the only reason we were late !
Cons
No bathroom open on the big bus.

Pros
The driver kept us informed throughout several challenges that cropped up. I liked his creativity regarding rerouting to avoid a long delay due to a traffic accident. He was also upbeat and approachable.
Cons
Well, I don’t blame the driver when he pulled in to a small stop and no one seemed to come forward, so he left. We all appreciated his attentiveness to getting to destinations on time. I’m it sure why the passenger didn’t seem t be there - but it must have been distress...More
Tips
To bring small enough items for overhead storage To listen to the driver when he giving instructions about his loading luggage underneath.
