Pros: We leave on time but bus had breakdown forc2 hours. Cons: Just to have maintenance come faster. Tips: Not talking on the phone fir longtime, it’s disturbing other travelers.

Was late by 15 mins and to he driver was a little aggressive on the accelerator and brake which made it very jerky, not smooth like the drive before.

Pros: On time and felt safe- Good driver. The price was good. Was ab le to get to my connecting bus without challenges. Cons: less wait time for my connecting bus. Travelled from Hamilton and had to wait about 1 and 1/2 hr for the Bus to Ottawa. Tips: Travel light. Follow the time alloted for the snack break or it delays the bus.
