Pros: The comfort. Cons: Better cool/heating system.

Pros: The spacious seats on Megabus make you feel like you are sitting in coach. Cons: Some of the employees are somewhat impish and rude, but that is, for the most part, not the case. Tips: Do not take the front seat up top. That is for me.

Pros: They arrive on time and price. Cons: Be more comfortable.

Pros: I traveled last at a particularly off peak time and day, and had the seat next to me free. Can’t count on this of course, but when it happens it’s especially great! Cons: Easy, relaxing trip. Thank you!! Tips: I bring a light (non smelly/be respectful of others!) snack and headphones for music and am at my destination before I know it!

Pros: Nothing the first driver leaving union station was ok nut the second female black lady was confused as to where she wad going and asked passengers for directions then made u-turn on a busy street with no one to assist her which i felt very scared to my safety. Cons: Hire most competent employees. Tips: Pray before riding this bus.

Pros: I liked that there were power outlets on board and the bus arrived on time. Cons: There were too many people and the seats were tiny, it was too crowded. Tips: Arrive at the station at least 30-45 minutes before departure.

Pros: The workers. Cons: More economical cost. Tips: N/A.

Pros: Traveling for work. Cons: Communication. Tips: Dress warm.

Timing. Could be better and I did think I was going to be non stop trip. And I took 6 plus hours

Pros: Too late. The departure was at 23:15 and the bus arrived 2 hours late. The bus stop was near the river, it was cold (8°C) and raining. The bus stop hadn't anything where protect. Cons: The time, if I have a ticket at 23:15, the departure has to be al 23:15. The bus stop, the people needs a station, or similar.

Pros: The bus departure from Union Station in DC was not well labeled (unclear which line was for what, especially regarding the standby line). The bus was over an hour late getting to Philadelphia and spent 45 minutes at least circling the city before finally getting to the stop point. Cons: Communication about departure times and lines from the departure station. During the drive, an update from the driver as to why the bus is > 1 hour delayed would have helped also.

The bus was a double decker and we got awesome seats on the way there and the bus was basically empty

I was please by the effort to keep the bus clean and leave on time. Buses provided power outlets for charging ur phone

Pros: Bus driver was very friendly, was exactly on time. Cons: Seats and area around air vents and windows were very dirty with stains.

Pros: It was on time and not full. Cons: Wifi never works on Mega Bus!! Tips: Bring your own entertainment, mega bus entertainment does not work..
