Pros: Friendly bus driver. The seat I was in had a tray table, which was cool. Chargers under seat were in good condition. Cons: There was some litter on the floor of my seat. Receipts and a part of a phone case. Could have more leg room. Wifi barely worked. Tips: Bring a hotspot with you, and come early to your bus to get a better seat.

Pros: The driver, Doug, what a great personality - he made all the difference to my return trip - the weather was very wet but he drove smoothly was informative and kept us update on conditions of the road and the delays that could not be prevented. Pros: My driver left on time and arrived a little before the time given. He was curious and answered everyone questions. Cons: Can really think of anything that could have been approved at the moment. Tips: My tips for other travelers would be to get to the bus station on time, make sure you have all relevant documents and if you plan on getting some sleep bring a pillow and blanket.

The wifi was bot working through out the trip

Pros: I had a great trip up to Binghamton in a lovely Trailways bus. I told everyone about it. So it was surprising that the bus ride back was terrible. It arrived late. No help with bag. Driver seemed to get lost when we got to NYC and went to wrong gate. No help getting bag off bus and it was pushed way back. I have bad knees so couldn't crawl in to get it. I had to ask a young woman to get it for me. Cons: Less cramped bus. Be honest about when to expect bus so I'm not standing outside forever. I was told there would be no announcement and to go out to the bus 20 minutes early so I was out there for about 40 minutes. Also some help with baggage. I am moderately disabled. I don't know what someone worse off than me would do.

Pros: Relaxing. Cons: Bathroom cleanliness. Tips: Clean up.

Pros: Quick and on time. Cons: Announcement that bus is here when people are in restroom. Tips: Be early to get good seat, bus is usually already occupied with people once getting to you.
