Adirondack Trailways

Pros: After disaster trip with greyhound from NYC to Montreal three days earlier , July 21, this trip back home was just right, with no issues at all. Bus terminal in Montreal is much better organized and staff is more competent, helpful ( actually I shouldn’t say MORE , because in NYC staff was incompetent , not helpful , arrogant and rude ) . In general , god experience , unlike trip from NYC to Montreal. Cons: As mentioned above, no need to improve anything in context of trips FROM Montreal . But , I am still considering not using Greyhound , or even other bus companies because terrible NYC experience. Tips: Please voice your opinions if you are either dissatisfied with service you are provided for your money , and please acknowledge if quality of service was good. Otherwise , while you pay for decent service , you may be mistreated and nothing will improve .
