The views during the afternoon were off the hook. I appreciate being able to gaze out at the desert, as opposed to when doing the drive myself. Also, minimal PA announcements.

More specific instructions on where exactly to depart at the cavernous LA Union Station. ... My cupholder was broken; this could be fixed.

Please be considerate re cell phones: keep conversations to a minumum and keep ringtones low. Do NOT use your speaker phone; it's just rude.
