Ride was comfortable. No traffic 11:30 AM left NYC to Philly then to Baltimore, onwards to DC. We stopped in Delaware for a break at a nice rest stop.
Cons
There was a big delay. I was waiting for the bus with another person. We checked the website which had a live update which was great and helpeful. It showed that the bus was delayed by 15 mins which was okay. Then it said it left new york in a minute. I ran up and said ...More

Check which station. Double check where the bus is coming when you get to the station. Check statuses online.

The Greyhound bus station was totally disorganized and chaotic. The signage didn't apply but nobody told anybody this. Wy have all those boarding numbers if they didn't apply? The man taking tickets said they didn't apply at Gate #77!!!! And yet, there they were!

Pros
I was worried to purchase this ticket base don the previous reviews, but I took a chance and it was worth it. The bus did leave promptly at the departure time. The seats were comfy and aisles were clean. The leather seats were a plus.
Cons
Not sure, perhaps the location is a bit out of the way. Would be nice for 7th or 6th ave and 28th-34th streets. This was my first time traveling with Ourbus, but will likely consider the service for future travels.
Tips
The bus does leave PROMPTLY at the marked departure time. Be sure to arrive earlier than departure time. It is not like some of the other buses that leave late. During my experience, bus departed on the dot!

Cons
Power plug should be working. Seats should have seat belts. The bus should reach destination on time especially in the middle of the night. Keeping others waiting is bad. The driver must be changed. An angry and hot tempered driver is a risk for all travellers.
Tips
The driver was the rudest I ever saw in this route. He is not safe for the travellers as he got angry for many instances which were not appropriate. Power plugs were not working. Bus departed 4 minutes late and arrived 30minutes late at Baltimore.
