Greyhound

Pros: I appreciate it that the bus was on time and was clearly noticeable.Which bus I needed to board. Cons: While the seats were comfortable it would have been nice if the head rest of the seat had a little padding on it to support your neck or head. I boarded the bus after people got off and they left the mess in the seats which I had to clean or move out the way, so that could be avoided next t time. If possibly someone was able to clean the mess of passengers after getting off of the bus. I am a driver and recently got into a car accident and tolotaled my car. So this was a first for me taking the bus. I just wish the people in the waiting room who were assisting passengers did not give a tone such as I should already know the answer. I think the assistance of staff should always have a mindset of this is your first time and shouldn't answer a question with a tone or expression as if I should already know and or why you don't know this already. So I ended up having to explain to them. This was my first time so they wouldn't respond to me in such a way. Overall, the trip was nice though the bus was nice. I enjoyed the seats and the charges that were not in the ceiling but were actual outlets between the seats on the floor and the lighting.. Tips: If you are not the first person on the bus, you may want to make sure that you are the first aboard.Add a stop if passengers are already on board.Because passengers are sitting anywhere. They want to sit and if you have 2 or 3 people with you and you wish to sit together. That may not be an option for you. There were many people who had a seat to themselves and they will with other people. So when the new passengers arrived on the bus they had to scatter and sit separately.
