April 12, 2024- Vacation

Pros: The driver was very courteous and patient with everyone. He spoke very clearly that everyone could understand. What a voice! Customer Service kept us informed each step of the way that the bus was running late. It was raining and traffic was very thick in the city so we understood. Cons: Wish we could have someone to help with luggage. Tips: Book online, it's fast and effective service. You get your email confirmation immediately. The ride is smooth. The fare is reasonable. Just be ontime.

March 30, 2024- Solo travel

I had an amazing experience!! Bus was extremely clean and quiet!!

February 14, 2024- Couples trip

Fix the charger outlets

December 28, 2023- Visiting family

Pros: My driver Gary was amazing and efficient… he also took his time and made sure everyone on the bus was comfortable and gave everyone a complimentary water which I was thankful for because I couldn’t stop at the store before boarding the bus. He even helped everyone with their luggage too. I had him both going to Atlantic City and coming back… I’d ride on his bus anytime… Cons: The seating and where the plugs are located could be in a more useful placement and could use more leg room. Tips: You definitely feel like you’re on a private bus service with the way the staff and drivers treat their passengers… 10 out of 10…
