Headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts, the company provides affordable and comfortable bus trips to 35 destinations across Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia. On average, Peter Pan transports more than four million passengers every year.

Founded in 1933, Peter Pan Bus Lines has remained a family business since its creation. It started out as a small transit company running one route between Northampton, MA and Boston, MA with a fleet of four 1933 Buick jitney vehicles, and quickly expanded over the following decades to become the leading ground travel carrier across New England, and the region’s main connection to New York City. Today, Peter Pan’s network of bus schedules features 1652 routes and the company runs about 2125 bus trips every day. Pros: I enjoy riding Peter Pan in whole. This driver is a people's person. Peter Pan customers were cool and not loud. The bus was clean to ride in. Thanks. Cons: Senior included on the trip on line and priority so are Children. Thanks. No complains. Tips: I did not have need for wifi, so I do not know.

Pros: It was a Smoooth Ride although the bus was late at the Arrival depo. Cons: Keep to time. Tips: Please Peter pan service was great and Comfortable and Steaight forward They need WIFI IMPROVEMENT SERVICE CONNECTION for Communication with Famiky members.

Pros: The staff were friendly but the seat is not comfortable. It feels like it is made for kids not for adults. Cons: The seats need to be a bit bigger especially the space on which we sit. The WiFi did not work in the NY to DC trip and a for a long trip, it is very much neeeded especially for international travelers. Tips: Bring water, and make sure you have internet, the WiFi is not reliable.

Your Peter Pan reservation can be modified, as long as you request the change more than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. The passenger name, travel date, or travel time of your ticket can be changed.
