Pros: The bus drivers were so nice, helpful and friendly. The first bus driver was very calm and patient with me when I rushed on last minute. The second bus driver assured that he would wait for me if I wanted to use the bathroom at a stop. Both were very nice. Cons: In terms of Covid measures being in place and enforced, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I don't know what measures are recommended these days. I wish the trip had been a little bit cheaper but I did buy the trip sort of last minute so maybe that was a factor. Tips: Can't think of anything.

Pros: New bus. Comfortable. Friendly drivers. Tips: There was a transfer of bus drivers. It was supposed to be a 20 min stop but it ended up being 1 hour. The new driver was taking her time with going in the store to get tea, then a smoke, then to go to the bathroom. Not in any kind of rush.
