Adirondack Trailways

Pros: The driver was nice and told everyone what we could and could not do. Cons: The trip is to long. There are to many rest stops that are 30 minutes where there is no where to go as everything is closed. The stop in Albany must be moved up by 45 minutes. There is no reason why the trip should be over 8 hours. It only takes about 6.25 of driving time. Tips: They were great.

Adirondack Trailways

Pros: I like that we were always on time, there were no delays between stops. It was fast and efficient. We did arrive a bit late to NYC but there was traffic which is normal and same thing to come back home because of the customs. The drivers were nice and talked to us from time to time to inform us about the time and such. Cons: My trip going to NYC : The seats were not very comfortable (the back/neck area) and there weren't a lot of space for our legs, especially for a 9 hour trip. My trip coming back to MTL : For some reason, it was way more comfortable and spacious. The bus was also Trailways but slightly different than the first bus. It would be nice if all the Trailways buses were like that one. The wifi on both trains were ok, it worked but was a bit slow. Concerning the safety measures, on the ticket is says to wear a mask but no one was wearing them which is not too much of a big deal for me but some people were coughing here and there and I was a bit scared to get sick before my vacation. Tips: Overall good deal if ever you prefer to go by bus to NYC. It's a long bus ride but the driver respects the times and there are no delays between stops. I just wish the first bus I took was as comfortable/spacious as the one I took to go back home.
