It was nice that the bus had lavatory, and electricity ports.
The Wi-Fi never worked even though they sell tickets with it included.
There's a and stop of 10 minutes in the middle of the trip to rest, buy some food and drinks.

The drivers were careful , mindful of others. Not too many people on the bus so I was able to use 2 seats, then more comfortable.
The bathroom smells needed some air freshener or something to prevent the smell throughout the bus.
Buy your ticket online otherwise it will be way more expensive at the counter. In addition to faster check in.

The first driver was OK, the second not so much... bad driving, and had an attitude.
Driver professionalism, WiFi connectivity to the internet, as told.
