Bus was not booked to the gills so everyone had a seat to themselves, including me, which was much needed and comfortable.
At the Greyhound station I was told when I picked up my ticket that the departure gate was number 14 which it turns out was not true. Luckily I was able to find the right gate but with not much help from the staff.
Just be aware of where your gate is and actively ask staff well before and right up to departure time.

The driver, Arnold, was a gem. He loved his job and it showed.
Garbage bags weren't emptied throughout the bus.
