Very friendly and helpful driver!
Only the outlets on the right side of the bus worked.
wifi only worked in USA

Excellent driver. Staff was helpful since I had made a mistake booking the ticket and had to change at the last minute.
Use timetables based on 24 hours to reduce incorrect bookings like I made 11:30 could be 23:30. Change fee was a bit expensive, but I was happy to have option.
Check your tickets before purchasing. Not sure if there was a working wi-fi, but I will answer anyway.

Bus was not booked to the gills so everyone had a seat to themselves, including me, which was much needed and comfortable.
At the Greyhound station I was told when I picked up my ticket that the departure gate was number 14 which it turns out was not true. Luckily I was able to find the right gate but with not much help from the staff.
Just be aware of where your gate is and actively ask staff well before and right up to departure time.

The driver, Arnold, was a gem. He loved his job and it showed.
Garbage bags weren't emptied throughout the bus.
