great and friendly driver
Cons
the lights on the bus weren't working
Tips
Put your bags on seats or in the overhead storage area because if some goofus a few seats ahead of you spills their Gatorade on the floor (and doesn't alert anyone), the liquid mess *will* make its way down to where you're sitting and soak your bag.

Pros
It couldn’t have gone smoother. I fell asleep and was there before I knew it.
Cons
The bus needs a deep clean. The seats were fine but the crevices between the easily-reachable surfaces were filthy. I had to hold my coat tight, so it wouldn’t slip and touch the space between my seat and the window.

Pros
I felt in good hands, the driver seemed to drive safely.
Cons
You should really clearly mark the places where you pick up people. Half the crowd catching the bus in NYC were milling about wondering if they had found the right spot. Nobody knew but there's safety in numbers, so we reassured each other.
