Pros: I wanted to give an extra shout out to the driver, I can’t remember her name, but she was communicative, clear, efficient, and very polite. Cons: .

Pros: The driving was excellent and bus rules were enforced. Cons: The seatback tray was not clean.

Pros: The driver was so very courteous and helpful. the are atoung my seat was well kept, the windows clean. We arrrived on time despite the holiday traffic. Cons: Visiting the bathroom was worse than I feared-- a near traumatic experience.

Pros: Less stops required on the journey of dropping passengers off to their destination stops safely. Cons: To do an overall of clean the vehicle after each trip. Tips: N/A.

Pros: The bus driver was very friendly and drove safely. Cons: I was trying to nap on the bus and it was hard to get comfortable. While leaning to the side of the seat, a plastic part was sticking out. It was hard to find a way to wedge my pillow in without it slipping. Also, it advertises as having Wi-Fi and I don't think it's every worked on these busses. Tips: Make sure to bring adequate food and water before a long trip! Sometimes there is traffic along the route and no time to stop for snacks.

Cons: Legroom to sit comfortable could have been good. But its the same in other travels busses as well I do not see good leg room in any of the busses. Tips: Travelers traveling in the night can take a neck pillow. I was not sure if there was wifi in the bus.

Pros: Over all good and punctual. Cons: Got Smoking smell in bus. It could be cleaner. Tips: No.

Pros: Left on time, arrived 15 early, made only on stop, the driver was very friendly. Cons: The driver's knowledge about the stop location. I asked him where is 21 Atwells Avenue, the driver sent me around the corner. But it was actually where the bus stopped (which in from of a hotel, no other building around the hotel). Tips: None.

Pros: Clean and friendly staff. Polite other passengers. Cons: Travel delay was too long but traffic is a bit out of your control. Tips: Expect delays especially on weekend trips.

Extra room on the bus - not all the seats were filled.

Bring a pillow, or something soft to function as one. Seat did not fit my personal contours--could not easily rest head on seat.

Cons: For Greyhound, it wasnt easy to request the e-tikects when making the reservation. The driver was nice enough to accept the confirmation email on the phone, but it shouldn't be difficult these days to get e-tikects. Tips: 1st time using Wanderu, it was a good tool, combining two different companies for this itinerary so I could get the best price/times.

Pros: I was a good trip, the driver was really friendly and was really considerate of the passengers. Cons: The seats were too close to each other so I didn't had much space, that made it a little uncomfortable and hard for me to rest on the trip. Tips: Get there on time and talk to them when you arrive so you can seat as soon as the bus arrives.
