Pros: Very Friendly and helpful bus driver/ staff!! He answered all my questions Adjustable seating was a good option to have! The bus route had well-planned rest stops with facilities such as restaurants or convenience stores. This was great! The bus had sufficient air conditioning ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the trip. The bus route allowed for interesting sightseeing opportunities or stops at notable landmarks. The bus journey provided an opportunity to meet new people or engage in friendly conversations. Cool people! Before take off: snacks, phone chargers, neck pillows, blankets, water, chips and necessity items were offered to purchase. Better than air traveling on the plane, I can say the bus had ample storage space for luggage in the cargo area. Plus, you bring two luggages, making it convenient for travelers. Big bonus!! The bus company offered flexible ticketing options, including open-ended tickets or easy rescheduling. The bus had ample overhead storage compartments, allowing for easy access to personal belongings. Cons: My journey from New York to Atlanta was smooth and enjoyable, and the bus service was punctual upon leaving, which I greatly appreciated, but extremely delayed upon arriving to Atlanta due to mechanical issues. The scenic views along the way were breathtaking, and the staff on board throughout the ride (bus drivers) was friendly and super helpful. However, I would like to bring to your attention a few issues that I encountered during the trip. Firstly, there was a strong urine smell emanating from the restroom on the bus, which significantly affected the overall comfort and ambiance of the trip. Second, the seat in the very back of the bus, where I was seated, was unfortunately broken, which made it somewhat uncomfortable for the duration of the journey. It would have been more pleasant if all the seats were in good condition to ensure a comfortable experience for all passengers. Furthermore, there were mechanical issues that resulted in multiple stops on the side of the road and highway during the journey, which caused us to be extremely delayed for arriving to Atlanta on time. Additionally, I noticed that the USB port in the seat for charging phones was not working, which was a bit inconvenient as many passengers, including myself, rely on charging our devices during long trips. It would have been beneficial to have fully functioning USB ports throughout the bus to cater to everyone's needs. I believe it's important to provide feedback to help improve the service and ensure a positive experience for future passengers. Despite these minor inconveniences, I still had an overall enjoyable trip thanks to the efficient service and the friendly bus driver(s) on board. Once again, I appreciate your interest in my travel experience, and I hope my feedback helps in addressing the mentioned issues. Thank you for providing a platform to share my thoughts, and I look forward to any improvements that may enhance future journeys. Tips: Please ensure that the purchased ticket is for a time slot approximately 2 hours before your desired arrival time. It is advisable to have your phone fully charged at 100% before boarding the bus, considering the possibility of a non-functional USB port. This will ensure that you have sufficient battery life in case you need to make an emergency phone call to inform someone of a delayed arrival or coordinate a different meeting time. To mitigate potential discomfort caused by a strong urine smell that may originate from the back of the bus and travel towards the front, it is recommended to bring along an air freshener. This will help create a more pleasant and comfortable environment for both yourself and fellow passengers throughout the journey. Bring your own food, snacks and beverages because the food at the rest stops are overpriced. Bring a blanket or neck pillow onboard for better comfortability. Bring personal headphones or tablet for entertainment. This will make the bus trip soo much enjoyable, especially for eliminating distractions.
