Pros: The bus arrived on time to pick up passengers. Cons: Getting to the destination on time. We got to New York City at 4:30pm when we were supposed to get there at 4:00pm. The driver stopped for gas for 10 minutes, which delayed us further. Tips: Don’t believe the arrival time. You will get there 30 minutes late every time.

Pros: Worth the money. Cons: Office staff to check in should be a little friendly.

Pros: Time. Cons: Bathroom. Tips: Have a portable charger. Just in case.

Pros: It was a nice and relaxing ride. Cons: I don't see anything yet that needs improvement. Tips: Yes.

Pros: How great the bus driver treated me. Cons: Nothing everything was great. Tips: 5 star recommend.

There was spilled water on the floor but other than that the bus was clean

Pros: On August 24 I bought 2 tickets and supposed to pick up 1245 central Ave @5 :45pm. I arrived there 5:20pm and I have been waiting until 6pm. There is no bus then I called and I was told that I have to go to 128 central avenue. This is inconvenient for me and I have to call my friend to drop there. I was so frustrated. If you don't have service @1245 central avenue please delete this destination. Cons: One thing your seating system is not good. Every single person occupied 2 seats. When I asked them there is anyone is sitting this seat. They ignored me and no respond. So my suggestion to your company make every ticket seat number. Tips: Not applicable.

Pros: I arrived safely to my destination. Cons: The bus smelled and the seats did not sit upright. I did not want to recline the entire trip. Tips: Be patient, Wear comfortable clothes and bring a jacket or blanket, it gets cold.

Pros: Nice and quiet 🤫.... Cons: RESTROOM 🚻.....

Pros: The bus was leaking water on passenger like a waterfall like really falling like a running waterfall very scary with phone’s plugged up and all people had to move seats glad bus wasn’t full or people would have gotten soaked water splashing everywhere inconvenience and uncomfortable. Cons: Fix the leaks better seats space to tight than other buses I’ve been on. Tips: They going to need rain coat it leaks on the bus.

Pros: The price was low and the bus left and arrived on time. Cons: Buses should be cleaned, there should be working heat or air conditioning. Drinking alcoholic beverages and smoking shouldn't be permitted. Phone conversations or music without headphones should not be allowed. Tips: If you are short on cash, this is the way to go. My bus was dirty, cramped, with no air conditioning, and there were people drinking alcoholic drinks and smoking in the bathroom. Too many people on the phone so it was too noisy to get some rest.

Pros: Got the job done. Cons: Was a little stinky. Tips: It gets kind of musty on there.

Pros: It was cheap. Cons: The bus was disgusting. The Bathroom was leaking, and the entire bus smelled terrible. The floors were equal parts wet & sticky. Tips: Godspeed.
