Pros: It was nice and fast. Cons: I would say more directions for what’s supposed to be done would’ve been helpful. Tips: Bring snacks and drinks.

Pros: For a bargain ticket like this, the service was great. Cons: The AC was broken and was getting almost dangerously hot in the bus, no one could sleep and everyone was extremely sweaty. Only reason for my 2 stars, everything else was good.

Pros: They had garbage bags on the seats so we didn’t have to just hold onto our trash. Cons: Making seats either mandatory or not because on the way there it wasn’t and it was fine but then the way back it was and it caused issues. Tips: Use headphones and keep phone calls short.

Pros: Arriving safely. Cons: Driving (too many and too hard braking. The charger stations above, were only turned on for 3 mins while picking up the 8th Ave riders. Being on time or early. Tips: If you don’t mind the hard braking and being flown forward on some of them or arriving late; then your good. However this was only with that particular driver. The one I rode on 3 weeks prior, was a great drive. No issues and arrived fairly close to the arrival time.

Pros: Smooth ride. Cons: Movies. Tips: Sit back relax enjoy the ride.

Pros: it got me to albany. Cons: a guy smoked a whole joint next to me and nobody noticed 😭.

It said the drop off was at 172 central Avenue & it dropped off at Bryant & Stratton college. Very inconvenient

It was very cheap but dirty the seat where wet and it was cramped up people had they bags on the seats so there really wasn’t no seats..

Pros: Good. and quiet. Cons: Have all the seats available. Tips: Great deal.

Pros: I love that there is a china town bus. It's a great value and usually the staff is very helpful. Cons: My main concern was how this was how unhelpful the staff was. The bus from Philly to NY was fine but then when I got to NY I had to ask the person in the bus station office to help me find my stop.. she was rude and it felt like she was bothered by my need for help and didn't want to. She grabbed my phone and opened the maps app to enter the address of where I needed to go. It was the first time I was going to this location and unfamiliar with the area. The stops were not announced and that would have been helpful. I did miss my stop but not by much. Something that could be improved are the at least 5 of the seats looked to have actual dirt on them.. There was definitely unwell folks in the bus, sneezing and coughing, that was pretty unsettling. I think it would be helpful for folks making multiple transfers to add directions and state how long the walk will be from stop to stop. I hope this helps.. Tips: Pack light, travel healthy, have your phone charged and be prepared to find your way to transfer stops.. some staff are not available to help.

Pros: Monitor passenger and ask drunk, unstable passenger to exit bus. Drug use in the bathroom with the worst hygiene. Cons: Monitor passenger and improve hygiene. Tips: Take the train.

Pros: I did arrive to my destination. Cons: No Heat for 7hours, I travel with my husband an a 7yrs old boy and we froze. It was a 7hour ride and it was soo.. cold. The passenger who sat in front of me chair fell back so far it almost slammed into my chest. A little further it would have been in my seat. We argued he was cold too and miserable so he was not being very nice. It was a horrible ride it was the first time I was miserable taking the bus. There was no warning sign for it being no heat on the bus. We were stuck and we couldn't get off because it was the very early in the morning we board the bus at 11:30 PM. We live in the city so, we had to ride it out. After an hour or two you realize it's not going to get warm. I deserve a refund for all 3 tickets that I bought. I had 1 small blanket that I wrapped my grandson in so he would not be very cold. It save him from the cold. Tips: Yes everything I just said. The tickets are not expensive But You may ride with No heat in the winter for 7hours with No warning. You may get into a physical fight with another passenger. Bring good air freshener because the bathroom smells. But the bus driver will apologize for the inconvenience.

Pros: Arrived on tome. Cons: There was no heat on the bus and it was freezing temperatures outside. Tips: Bring a big jacket and a blanket.
