Pros: Excellent timing. The driving felt safe and the staff was very helpful, professional, and knowledgable. They treated everyone respectfully. The bus was in great condition, clean floors and seats. The temperature was also very comfortable, not freezing but not hot either. Cons: Wifi. They announced wifi was free to use but it did not come up to connect on my network (iPhone). A few networks popped up, but none were for public access. I am not sure you guys have wifi or that it works? Tips: Easy comfortable ride for a great price. It's a bus, so for long rides bring a neck pillow for best comfort, maybe also a light jacket. Wifi didn't seem to be working when I last rode, so don't rely on it 100%. There is a bathroom on the bus. The bus regularly makes stops to drop off/pick up, but they are pretty efficient and quickly get back on the road. The timing was spot on for me departure/arrival. Not sure about bag cost, but I had a carry on and backpack that both went under the bus at no cost. I highly recommend.
