April 9, 2024- Visiting friends

Adirondack Trailways

Pros: Very friendly drivers. Smooth ride. Cons: Better wifi please. It kind of worked most of the time but it was very slow. The outlets on the outbound bus were not working. Severe delay on the return trip. Clearer signs and earlier info needed re which gate to line up at in Rochester. Stricter rules around devices - head phones should be required. We had two kids playing kids music loudly on ipads for everyone to hear on the outbound trip and a lady listening to an audio book without headphones the entire return trip. Extremely disturbing for all other passengers and they didn’t adjust despite some people asking them to be quiet. Pockets on the seat backs in all buses please. Tips: Bring headphones PLS. And earplugs if you want to sleep.
