Pros: Wonderful driver. Excellent safety briefing that was easy to understand. Also included notes of courtesy and comfort. He was wonderful. No fault of his own - we had to negotiate construction with affected our arrival time. He was very apologetic. Cons: For my seat the outlet seemed "loose" my charger wanted to fall out. IT was a wonderful experience.
