My fellow passengers and I were waiting outside in the cold for this bus for a full 45 minutes before it finally arrived. We departed much later than expected and it's truly unaceptable.

The driver was very helpful and vigilant. He drove with great care for all the passengers. We arrived 5 mins earlier as well.
USB ports/ wifi password present for passengers.
Bring a snack, but you will be heading to a Burger King for a 15 mins break:so prepare for burgers, chicken sandwich, fries, shakes, and desserts.

Bus was clean and the journey was fairly smooth.
The power outlets on the bus didn’t work, and we arrived in Boston about 45 minutes late.
