Pros: The driver was attentive and concerned with safety. The extensive delay was a result of the congestion of the commute on the Thanksgiving weekends holiday season. Cons: An announcement of the impending delay of our arrival time. Tips: Bring some means of hydration for a likely non stop trip.

Pros: Smooth ride, friendly driver. Cons: The pickup location changed. When I received the email I was already at scheduled pick up spot. The coach was scheduled to leave at 3:30 but email was sent around 2:30. Had to rush to new location. Tips: Check email.

There should be an assign seat for everyone, we are a group of 8 people, and no one of us can sit together. In fact, people tent to took 2 seats for themself, they are sleeping on it.

Pros: The driver was extremely careful to my best estimatimation and took us safely to NewYork in a timely mannet. Cons: It was great. Tips: Book early fares tend to increase.

Pros: The bus was early to pick up area and we arrived 45 mins early to Boston. Driver was excellent WiFi worked very well, better than the way to nyc. Cons: My ceiling outlet didn’t seem to work. Tips: Easier to board in this location that go into big station.

Nothing I hated it. The driver was very rude, he wasn’t on time. I came down for a funeral & didn’t make it due to the bus ride I’m disgusted.

We were waiting in the rain for almost two hours with no notification until 10 minutes before the bus arrived. It was truly inconvenient and not customer service friendly . We attempted to call numerous amount of times but it would cut off at 6 minutes

Pros: That I got to my destination safe. Cons: Purchasing assigned seats. I didn’t like that I purchased 3 tickets and couldn’t sit with my kids. Also being considerate to all passengers when it comes to the Air conditioner. Was 3 hours in a hot bus with a packed bus in 90 degree weather outside. Not safe at all!! Tips: Beware of bus conditions.
