Pros
I am a senior. The porter lifted my bag up the steps for me. Also there was a low storage area so i did not have to lift my bag up above my seat. The windows were clean.
Cons
I don't know. I have not ridden on a train for years.
Tips
There was a lot of walking from Union Station partly because of construction so allow extra time to get to your train.
