Pros: On time and relatively clean. Cons: Train on the outside was pretty dirty. Would be nice if they would clean the windows to be able to see out of them better.

Pros: I like that my train and the bathroom were clean. The ride was smooth. Tips: For the people who coughed the entire ride, please wear your mask and stop the spread.

Pros: I like all about the trip in this train, except the restroom, it bit stinky, but not so bad. Cons: Restroom. Tips: No.

Pros: Staff was helpful even though the train was late. Cons: The train was almost 2 1/2 hours late, which was bad, and it would have been nice to have been notified via text as soon as they knew about the delay so we all didn't come to the station and wait around there. Tips: Check your train status in the morning just like you'd do for flights.

Pros: Pretty quick and inexpensive way to get from NY to Niagara Falls. Cons: Bathrooms could be cleaned.
