It was in time and for my self that I'm in advance age I had the good experience of being helped with my bags.
I think it would be helpul to have some kind of assistant when you purchase you ticket go ask for some type of help for the seniors to get there bags and self to train. Thanks

Follow the instructions inside the train carefully and if you have any question please ask, there is a person inside the train with Amtrak log on his jacket ready to help you out.

The bathroom smells bad , the seats and everything is fine
Since the ride was a long ride they should have some music on
I highly recommend , to my family and other travellers to take the train, it's an adventure
