Pros: Expirienced driver. Cons: Maybe seat in the front that are blocked due to coronavirus should be allowed for passengers to seat, it does no sense to not let people sit there. Tips: Arrive 15 minutes early before the bus takes off to get a good seat.

Pros: That I could just sit back and relax. Cons: I was on a Baron's Bus, which was very nice. It had Wi-Fi, but I did not see the password anywhere so I couldn't use it.I. Tips: If you have friends in Columbus and Cincinnati, this bus is the best way to travel.

I enjoyed the travel experience the driver was safe and informative and one could tell he was experienced in the field I loved it cause normally I’m afraid to travel unless I’m the one driving so it melted some of my fears

Pros: Love how comfortable it was and the wifi. Tips: Will recommend this for them.

Pros: Drivers announcement in advance. Cons: Driver should announce the timing for next stop. The most important thing missing is the tray in front of the seat to keep the book or the phone.

Pros: Comfortable bus. It was a cold day in January but the bus was warm. Cons: I didn't realize that the bus would make so many local stops between Columbus and Chicago. I didn't realize that we would be on state routes--not interstate highways. This made the trip feel slow. In terms of avoiding feeling carsick, I do better with maintaining a constant speed and fewer stops. Tips: You will pick up the bus in Columbus INSIDE the bus depot--not outside at the curb. I'm used to riding buses to/from New York City & Washington, D.C. Except for Greyhound and sometimes Peter Pan, buses (like Megabus) just pick up and drop off in the middle of a city block in New York.

Pros: Trip departed and arrived on time. Cons: Cleanliness of the bus. There is an unusual smell on the bus but I don't know if the bus is kept clean every time. Wifi connection is very slow.

Pros: Driver was not attentive to passenger needs. We could hear her personal relationship conversation through the entire bus during our trip. I ended up in Lima, Ohio wasting two days trying to return. Very disappointed. Cons: If you check tickets and know who is going where. You could call last names before you depart each town. Just as a premium courtesy. Tips: Check with greyhound customer service. Itinerary from stations are not showing layovers and bus changes.

Pros: The price was fair and the description did match. Cons: Friendliness. Tips: You don’t have to be there 1 hour early.

Pros: Goin to south bend was great, the driver was very courteous and the bus was clean and timely. Cons: Coming back fro. South bend was a nightmare the first bus left us stranded and took off 10 minutes before time. There was no one at the terminal n no instructions We booked an uber found found out 5 mins before arrival that another bus will come at 830. That bus was dirty and it was difficult to get on because we weren't scheduled for that time but the bus was half empty. Maybe providing instructions before people disembark as to when to return n give information so ppl have someone to call or communicate with. Tips: Went for the Notre Dame game in South bend however you apparently need to book the return trip 2 hours after the game ends to not get stuck!
