On the left side of the lobby, you will find the Amtrak ticket counter and boarding gates. There are several gates, each with a large electronic board displaying the train number, destination, and departure time to make it easy to spot your train. On the right side of the lobby, you'll find the Sounder commuter rail ticket counter and boarding gates. The Sounder service provides commuter rail service to several cities in the Puget Sound region, including Tacoma and Everett. If you need assistance navigating inside King Street Station or finding a particular area or service, you can ask one of the station attendants or staff members for help. They are usually stationed throughout the station and are happy to assist travelers.
